Happy Johnwarming!

We celebrated John's housewarming by having a delicious barbecue, an even more delicious cake, and watching the movie "Office Space" on the roof deck of their building.
Every once in a while I would forget where I was and look up to see the San Francisco skyline. It was magical.

The San Francisco skyline sounds beautiful...I like looking at skylines, but only see it when approaching Honolulu or from certain areas of the island. Just at dusk is most beautiful.

Living in the suburbs of L.A. as I do, I miss things like roof decks in apt. buildings, and city skylines. Thanks for reminding me of the special beauty of big city life.

There's nothing like watching a movie outside with the real stars above you, thats a slice of summer for sure. tis smack dab the middle of July and summer is in full swing, magical swing!
