The Baths, Virgin Gorda

The Baths, Canon 300D

The island was covered in rock formations that made it look prehistoric and gave it a smooth, wild beauty.

I just finished reading the rest of your entries and I realized why I have spend the last two days dwelling on your thoughts. Your are not just an amazing artist and photographer you are a deeply spiritual person. Many of your pictures are of the sky, sunsets, and of the ocean. These seem like pictures that God drew. You talk about church, and the burning man, and buddhist meditations. It seems that you are truly open to finding what this life is all about and if you are fufilling that. You and Matt must be a blast to spend time with. I included pictures of my daughter Camdyn because to me she is as beautiful as the setting sun.

Just ran across your website and I wanted to thank you for sharing your life and thoughts. I have read about half of your journals on archive. Your references to people creating life where they are and being a walking celebration meant a lot to me. I also enjoy your thoughts about artist being someone who "plays" I am an American Soldier in Baghdad so all the pictures of beaches and flowers were a great escape. You are a wonderfully tender person and I will make sure and ask Santa (mom) for a superhero necklace and shirt. God Bless you!!!
