I ended giving birth two weeks early and making him a 2006 baby! Come by and see my son on my blog! We both made some really cute boys! Happy New Year!

Maggie wasn't kidding; he's gorgeous! Congratulations!!

Oh my goodness. I can't stop looking at him! So much sweetness. I know they say to sleep when the baby sleeps, but I swear I would just look at each of my kids while hours passed by and I didn't even notice the time. Enjoy these days! What a miracle!

He is simply beautiful! Congratulations!

oh, A! I love seeing (more and more and more) pictures of Ben. He really is gorgeous. It's a treat, too, to look for little traces of you and Matt in these images of him, as well to marvel at his unique and amazing self. A treat, really, because it's a way of thinking of and loving (and MISSING!!) all three of you.

He is simply dreamy! Definitely an old soul. It's something in his face...a combination of surprise, peace, impatience, anticipation, and contentment, all rolled into one!

The photos are priceless.

Thank you for sharing, even in your new-momma days! I look forward to seeing more in the days to come.

He is beautiful.

So this post made me think of December of last year, and I went back into your archives, and sure enough found a really beautiful post from you - "water." And I scrolled through the comments, and I found me saying this to you one year ago:

"I agree with everyone. I think good magical things are waiting in the wings. Waiting and watching. And you have teams of people who you don't even know rooting for you, and thinking of you, and praying for you. And that, alone, is sort of magic."

And ohhh my gosh.... what magical things they were. So, that alone gives me hope for all of us! It's been a rough few months for me personally, but if we are all on this path of life together, then we are all present in your little miracle.

Hurrah for Ben!
