I took care of my friends four month old last week while she was at work. I thought of you. The second day it still took me from 9 am til 1pm to get organized enough to leave the house. I know you are enjoying your Ben! He is adorable.

Each time I check to see if there is a new post a part of me doesn't want there to be b/c I love this photo greeting me SO much - it makes me smile & it makes me feel peaceful. He is so so sweet Andrea.

He is so delicious, I want to eat him with a spoon. Worth the wait, I am telling you!!!

Gosh, you know, I was just thinking about how hard it was for you all to get pregnant, but then, I was looking back through some of your earliest posts. When you think about it, you've really only been married for about 2 and a half or three years. Granted, when you're in the midst of infertility, it completely sucks to high heaven, but when you're on the other side of it, I wonder if you just breathe a big sigh of relief and thank your lucky stars....I think you all would have made things work out no matter what. So many congratulations!

He's like a dream! It seems like we waited so long for him to arrive, but also that he's been here forever! I've followed your blog for a while now, and I think he's as wonderful as he could possilby be! Congrats! :D He is so amazing. You do a wonderful job of capturing his amzing-ness!

looking at your site during these early days reminds me of when I first became a mother. I had studied, and rehearsed, and prepared in every which way I knew how, but i had no inkling the demarcation line between before and after would be so instantaneous, and so deep. there was before my sons. and then there was after. and although i had had a rich life before, and probably would have without, to think about those years is like looking through some other girl's photo album. interesting, but not me.

I love seing pictures of Ben. Congratulations! I adore every single picture of him. Beauty~full. As as are you and Matt. I am overjoyed for you both.

I have been going to your Superhero site and Flickr several times a day since Ben made his grand entry. (A little less often before that. I loved all the pregnant pictures as well.)
