July 09, 2007Superhero Headquarters has moved!
In other news, I moved Superhero headquarters into a studio space! Choking hazards be gone! I was prepared to close the doors on the jewelry business while Ben was small, but an incredible studio space miraculously appeared and I couldn't pass it up. This is the first time I've worked somewhere other than home in the 8 years I have had my business. It's very exciting to have somewhere to go and feel that separation between personal and business. (Those boundaries were always blurred for me) There is no computer at the studio so it will be purely creative space. This excites me as well! Mama's gettin her groove back. The shop will open very soon. I have a temporary "secret" link available for orders right now. Get your superhero necklaces here ! Posted on July 9, 2007 04:54 PMComments

Omygosh, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for my beautiful new necklace. It's as gorgeous as I wished it to be, and absolutely glowing with good energy. Blessings to you! Much gratitude, Hooray for the new studio! I can't wait to reward myself with one of your beautiful creations. Just before reading this I was in nibbling on my sons elbow through the bar of his crib while he was sleeping. He rolled over and sighed at me in his sleep, as if to say 'aw mom, cut it out already'. I just couldn't resist! Posted by: andrea at July 10, 2007 11:54 PMthat is so exciting! More so because one of my rewards for my (hopefully) upcoming 50 pound weight loss goal is to get a necklace! and ben, he's ridiculously cute. Your very own studio? Awesome! :) Posted by: victoria winters at July 10, 2007 10:28 AMHey, many congratulations on the new studio space! Good for you and good for us that you won't have to close up shop for the next few years. I've always kind of admired people who have the discipline to work from home - even if you have a work spacein a space that is different from your living quarters, I don't know that I would have the discipline.... Posted by: Jennifer at July 10, 2007 09:19 AMThis is HUGE news! I was just sitting in my office with tears of weariness at my present situation at work. I found myself longing for a SuperHero necklace to make me feel better and give me the energy and encouragement I need to move on and focus on healing. I clicked on your blog and...what a miraculous surprise to discover your latest entry telling us that they are once again available!!! (My order has already been placed!) I am rejoicing in the news about your new studio space! Indeed, the Universe is conspiring fantastic, synchronistic things for us! Heaps of blessings and hugs to you this day, I love it when things miraculously appear when we need them! Like others, I can't wait to see your new space...and save up to order another necklace! And I love Ben in his hats -- my silly kids would never wear hats! Posted by: Nina at July 10, 2007 07:42 AMThat's wonderful news! I love that it just appeared for you. Posted by: amy j. at July 9, 2007 03:03 PMCongratulations on the new studio, Andrea! As always, the universe leads the way, just when we least expect it. When my Emma Magnolia was a baby, I dreamed that I put her in a turkey roasting pan and surrounded her with fresh vegetables because she looked so yummy. Luckily, even in the dream, I couldn't bring myself to actually put the pan in the oven... (I still feel horible about that dream!) Posted by: melissa at July 9, 2007 02:49 PMyay mama! so exciting - congrats on your new studio space and cheers to all the wonderful things that will be created there!
