Since Ben was born I have became a serious online shopper. I have mixed feelings about this because I love that real human contact, but when you can barely get to the grocery store it's nice to have options. I have been doing some browsing (okay some purchasing too) of baby shoes since Ben is almost to point of where he will need them.

Ridiculously cute baby shoes: Buskins superstar from Australia.

Robeez are always a fave.

Me in Mind shoes are awesome as well, for that baby who likes to live on the edge.

Keepsake shoe..

Oh and if only I could dress Ben in these metallic Mary Janes

i bought some me in mind shoes for my older son about 18 mos ago and they are adorable but would not stay on.

bobux shoes are really nice too. you can find shoes made by bobux called ministars at target for about 12.00, i think. the ministars are of equal quality to robeez. i know because i've had several pairs of robeez between my two sons.

my favorite on your list is the buskins.

have fun!

Here's another online shoe company that was started by one of my coworkers. If you like Robeez, you'll love these.

I, who never tires, say, sigh, what a beautiful boy! Oy!

I've got to send Ben his robin egg blue felt booties before he's into shoes! Pretty soon, they'll be just keepsakes! I don't know whether he'd like 'em that's my problem.

I see him and immediately Lennon's song "Beautiful Boy" pops into my head. :)

Zoe thinks Ben is cute. She climbed over the keyboard to get a closer look and just smiled. Had to pull her away. :P She might need to have those mary janes.

Today is the great mofo delurk and I can't think of a better blog to delurk on.

Thank you for your beautiful Ben pics and your inspiring and motivating words, Andrea.

Have a blessed day.

I was just about to write that Ben could totally rock the metallic Mary Janes--but someone beat me to it! I'll just second the sentiment, then.

Oh! Me! Me!

I *never* get tired of Ben pics. Never. I feel like a far away Auntie and love to see him.

And I too am ambivalent about online shopping but get sucked in again and again with the choices that aren't available locally.....

Oh, Ben could totally rock the mary janes. Especially if you took him to Decompression!

I really like his hat - that's one funky cool baby :)

good lord...10 months. he has always been such a looker, the cuteness is unbearable, but to see him standing there like a little boy. oooh, wish i could kiss him.

Posted by: mamie at October 2, 2007 09:44 AM

Those pictures are great - I love seeing his little two teeth down there!
I have also discovered the joy of shopping online, mostly craigslist, it's amazing what I find that I need to have! =)
Thanks for the pictures and Keep Them Coming!

You always have him dressed so cool! That hat is great!

You could dress him in the metallic Mary Janes - but maybe just that one time. :)

Where is that awesome camouflage shirt from? Seen it on him a bunch now!

Posted by: Shalini at October 1, 2007 08:39 PM

man he is so darn cute.

I always love seeing new pics of Ben.
The joy and wonder in his eyes is so awesome!
FYI: regarding baby shoes... check out the L.L.Bean Christmas catalog or go to their website.
They have "Bean Booties" for little ones, made all of soft leather with suede soles and the styles are really cute. Best of all, they are under $20 bucks.
Happy shopping :)
