Shelba sent this photo to me yesterday of her daughter wearing a superhero necklace. Not only was I delighted to see something I had made in such a gorgeous photo, I was moved by the pure absolute joy in this child's face. I thought it was a great image to celebrate our Mondo Beyondo lists and the brand new year. Let's all call in more joy! More things that brought me joy recently: Comments
Just tried to comment and lost it. Just stopping in to say hi, and that I do read you here, even though i do not comment much. "Zorba" is a great superhero name!
your mondo beyondo list sounded so yummy i've decided to give it a whirl! thank you for the inspiration! bless, The mondo beyondo is such a wonderful idea. I did one last year, and have made some big changes, including the decision to return to school and making it a point to have more outdoor adventures, including camping AT LEAST once every summer, which makes me so happy! Thanks for being inspiring, always! Posted by: Molly at January 12, 2008 03:37 PMThis is a great photo! I have been sitting on the whole Mondo Beyondo idea, but a train ride alone finally gave me the time and space to put it all on paper. Now it's on the blog. Thanks for the impetus. xo Jena Posted by: Jena at January 11, 2008 01:42 PMoh....pure joy for sure. how cute is this girl. happy joyful friday girlie. Posted by: kelly at January 11, 2008 10:44 AMWhat a beautiful picture, always makes me smile when you see kids just so happy they can't contain it! She looks as if she is bursting with joy. I think she loves the necklace ;) Posted by: stacy kathryn at January 11, 2008 08:55 AMAndrea, I did mondo beyondo pt.1 a couple of nights ago and it was one of the hardest things I had ever done in my life. Posted by: meesh at January 10, 2008 04:46 PMPure, pure joy! 2008 is certainly clearing the way for you, isn't she? Blessings to you! Posted by: Lisa at January 10, 2008 01:23 PMoh, i love your comment on ben saying 'uh oh' when he drops something. my friend's little girl, caelan, would say an exaggerated 'ohhhh nooo' everytime anything would happen...dropping something, someone else dropping something, even if it was on tv, if she dropped a piece of macaroni while she was eating it, etc. i always got the giggles, which in turn made her say it more. it was adorable. Posted by: celisa at January 10, 2008 12:04 PMwhat a sweetie pie! love that picture. and yay for joy in 2008! you'll totally get a book deal--i just know it.
