I've watched both of those TED talks. Jill Taylor just blew me away - have you seen her stained-glass brains?
I like that bling for towns. Just lately I heard of "earrings for trees", so why not beads for bollards? Looks great!

I especially like that she totally set everyone up for the punch by disarming them with the Olympic torch story! Wonderful, powerful, hopeful.
