Beautiful. I thought of Leo Buscaglia while listening. He taught me that I should be the best me so I would have something to give to others and not because everything would be fine once I "arrived".

Thought it was appropriate after listening to the clip by Momma Zen! BTW-I got her first book for Xmas a couple of years ago because of you! Looks like I'll be reading this one too. Thanks for sharing. I loved just hearing her voice.

Love this. I'm new to the superhero journal *and* Momma Zen, but something tells me I need more of both.

Momma Zen has the wisest, most soothing voice. I'm going to have to listen to that excerpt some more!
